Three phases. First we gather your requirements, goals and audience. Then our designers produce wireframes and mockups, usually in multiple versions, so you can see the layout before anything is built. Then our developers build it, test rigorously for bugs and compatibility, and publish. We schedule regular calls and meetings throughout so you always know where things stand.
